The 2012 Justice Institute of BC Foundation Award Gala - presented by Scotiabank - will recognize extraordinary individuals for their oustanding contributions to justice, public safety and community service. This year's award recipients include: The Honourable Steven Point, The Honourable Chief Justice Robert Bauman, Lorne Segal, BARWATCH and local heroes.

The Awards Gala is the largest fundraising event of the year for the JIBC Foundation. The Foundation proudly supports Canada's leading public safety educator - the JIBC - by raising funds for student support (awards and scholarships), applied research, equipment and other tools for learning.

In addition to the award presentations, three-course meal and live auction featuring exclusive JIBC experiences and more, we will also honour the exceptional leadership and service of recently retired JIBC president Jack McGee.
