Mike Desjardins graduated from UBC’s Sauder School of Business with a bachelor of commerce degree. He is the CEO of ViRTUS and has spent the past 18 years helping businesses with strategic planning and implementation, leadership development, change management, succession planning and organizational development. Desjardins, a Business in Vancouver Top Forty under 40 award winner, is a member of the BC Human Resource Management Association board and a current member and past president of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (Vancouver Chapter).
