Over the next two weeks, BIV on Roundhouse Radio will be speaking to the six candidates vying to become the next leader of the BC Liberal Party.

On the latest show, co-hosts Kirk LaPointe and Hayley Woodin speak to Sam Sullivan, former Vancouver mayor and current MLA for Vancouver-False Creek. Sullivan discusses what he would bring to the BC Liberal leadership, along with his policy priorities. Among them, housing and B.C.'s overdose crisis.

Later on, serial entrepreneur Michael Sonnenfeldt – founder of Tiger 21, former chairman of Victoria’s Carmanah Technologies, and author of Think Bigger – shares some of the strategies for success deployed by Tiger 21 members – an exclusive group of more than 500 individuals who collectively manage more than US$50 billion in personal assets.

Byron Chard, chief financial and acquisitions office of Chard Development, discusses whether Vancouver is ready to meet commercial real estate demand, and Matt Carlson, vice-president at Colliers International, joins in with the latest commercial data (which reveals a Vancouver real estate Trump bump).

Entrepreneur and philanthropist Lorne Segal and his family have spent decades giving back to the Greater Vancouver community. Segal discusses the changing face of philanthropy on the heels of Joe and Rosalie Segal and the Segal family receiving recognition from the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ Vancouver chapter.
