Consulting Made Easy explains how to create, build and run a successful consulting / services business giving you the freedom, flexibility and value you want.

Starting with the fundamentals, the course takes you through the key business elements – marketing, getting the work, doing the work, getting paid, pitfalls and problems, and strategies for the future. Associated with each of the course modules is the strategy blueprint, a series of optional exercises to help you develop your business strategies.
