Hosts Tyler Orton and Romila Barryman are examining Vancouver's skyrocketing real estate prices during the latest episode of Business In Vancouver on Roundhouse 98.3.

Josh Gordon, an assistant professor at Simon Fraser University's School of Public Policy, drops in to talk about the key factors behind the region's real estate prices. He's just penned a report examining the influence of foreign capital flowing in from China.

Later on, Troy Spracklin, founder of Bubble Technology, appears on the show to talk about how companies are trying to stand apart in the ever-increasing landscape of social media.
