Cactus Club scores another culinary coup

Vancouver’s Cactus Restaurants Ltd . has snagged another Vancouver restaurant veteran. Sebastien LeGoff , an award-winning sommelier, will join celebrity chef Rob Feenie on Cactus Club’s operations management team.

Vancouver’s Cactus Restaurants Ltd. has snagged another Vancouver restaurant veteran. Sebastien LeGoff, an award-winning sommelier, will join celebrity chef Rob Feenie on Cactus Club’s operations management team.

Le Goff will work with the front-of-house team to continue to build Cactus Club’s service program. He will also work with the bar operations team on the wine and beverage program across Cactus Club’s 20 restaurants.

Le Goff was most recently general manager at db Bistro Moderne, which shut its doors in March. He has also worked with Uva Wine Bar and Cibo Trattoria. Prior to that he was director of operations and wine director at Lumiere and Feenies.

In the fall, Le Goff will oversee the opening of the new Cactus Club at its English Bay site.
