Delta aircraft manufacturing company to supply parts for new business jet

Delta's Avcorp Industries Inc. (TSX:AVP) has signed a contract with Cessna Aircraft Company to supply the tail assembly of its new Citation CJ4 business jet.

Delta's Avcorp Industries Inc. (TSX:AVP) has signed a contract with Cessna Aircraft Company to supply the tail assembly of its new Citation CJ4 business jet.

The contract is expected to generate US$110 million in revenue for the company over the first 10 years of the life of the aircraft.

The agreement includes detail tooling fabrication along with the manufacture, assembly, product support and spare parts for the CJ4.

Avcorp expects to deliver its first set of parts in 2009's first quarter.
