TD Canada Trust donated over $25,000 to support Junior Achievement of BC programs.

RBC Royal Bank’s Dollarton Village branch donated $25,000 to the Lions Gate Hospital Foundation on the occasion of the branch’s 50th anniversary.

Thrifty Foods made a Cure By Chocolate campaign donation of $20,000, in partnership with Rogers’ Chocolate, to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.

Fitness Town donated over $17,500, raised through its 90 Day Challenge, to several local charities including the Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada, BC Cancer Foundation, Hoops4Hope, BC SPCA, Canadian Diabetes Association and Right to Play.

Vancouver Sun Children’s Fund, Face the World Foundation, Chris Spencer Foundation, Hamber Foundation, Loyal Protestants Association, CKNW Orphans’ Fund, Scleroderma Association of BC and a number of Beta Sigma Phi chapters supported this year’s Arthritis Society, B.C. and Yukon division-funded Camp Capilano, an educational retreat for B.C. children and teens living with juvenile arthritis.
