A roofing contractor for Hotel Indigo Vancouver is suing for $146,271 and seeking a builders lien for allegedly unpaid roofing services.
Plaintiff Advanced Systems Roofing & Waterproofing Ltd. filed suit December 29 against Plaza 500 Hotels Ltd., which does business as Hotel Indigo Vancouver, in BC Supreme Court.
The statement of claim alleges that the companies entered into a contract in July 2011 for Advanced to provide roofing services at Hotel Indigo Vancouver in Cambie Village on West 12th Avenue.
Advanced alleges it issued a final bill to Plaza 500 in late September 2011, but has yet to be paid. None of these allegations have been proven in court.
