Jinshan Gold adds Chinese executives

Jinshan Gold Mines Inc. (TSX:JIN) has beefed up its executive team with Chinese dealmakers.

Jinshan Gold Mines Inc. (TSX:JIN) has beefed up its executive team with Chinese dealmakers.

George Law will be the company's new CFO, and Vancouver-based Jinshan said he has more than 14 years of financial experience assisting Chinese companies in public reporting.

Most recently, Law worked with Hong Kong property developer China South City Holdings Ltd. and Zijin Mining Group Company, which was the first gold mining company to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Jinshan also said Zhanming Wu, a director of the company, will take on the role of vice-president, business development.

Since 2007, Wu has acted as manager of China National Gold Corp.'s capital markets department.

Jerry Xie has become Jinshan's executive vice-president and corporate secretary.
