Keg posts overall growth, despite declines in sales from its U.S. restaurants

Same-store sales increased 4.7% in Canada, but declined 7.5% in the U.S., leading to overall same-store sales growth of 1.7%.

The economic downturn in the U.S. was cited as the main reason for the negative impact on the company's financial results in the quarter.
