Richmond's Macdonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (TSX:MDA) has launched a new lending risk management program for its U.S. business.
MDA Lending Solutions is providing a new collateral risk management platform that allows lenders to quickly value entire real estate loan portfolios to better manage collateral risk through a loan's lifecycle.
The platform uses MDA's automated valuation model and can be integrated with other third-party valuation models.
