New zinc exploration firm lists on TSX-Venture

Vancouver-based Rio Cristal Zinc Corp. (TSX-V:RCZ) completed its initial public offering on the TSX Venture Exchange, raising $6 million through the sale of $12.1 million units worth $0.50 per unit.

Vancouver-based Rio Cristal Zinc Corp. (TSX-V:RCZ) completed its initial public offering on the TSX Venture Exchange, raising $6 million through the sale of $12.1 million units worth $0.50 per unit.

Each unit consisted of one common share and half a share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.80 per share. The units were offered in B.C., Alberta and Ontario, with Haywood Securities acting as the agent for the offering. Rio Cristal is focused on discovering and developing zinc deposits in Peru.
