Tranzeo Wireless Technologies Inc. (TSX:TZT) has reported that it has secured a contract to provide wireless Internet access for the entire city of Culiacan, Mexico.
The Pitt Meadows wireless technology manufacturer said the Culiacan: Technological City project is part of a larger initiative to improve one of the country's fastest growing cities.
Culiacan residents will get broadband wireless Internet access through PacificNet, a Tranzeo distributor. The company's mesh radios will be deployed over 30 square kilometres to provide the service.
