Vancouver's Quadra Mining Ltd. (TSX:QUA) has consolidated its control of International Molybdenum PLC by acquiring 21.5 million common shares of the company from two minority shareholders.
Quadra, which acquired 82.5% InterMoly's shares in 2007, now owns 98.2%.
InterMoly, which is based in London, England, owns the Malmjberg molybdenum project in Greenland.
Quadra's primary asset is the Robinson Mine in Nevada, which it acquired in 2004.
The company is diversifying its resource base.
