Vancouver Broadband Internet provider Radiant Communications Corp. (TSX-V:RCN) reported record second-quarter revenue, which helped the company narrow its quarterly loss for the period ending June 30, 2007.
Orders for service for more than 1,000 new locations with existing customers like 7-Eleven and Payless Shoes bolstered the company's quarterly revenue, which increased 13.5% to $5.4 million from $4.7 million in 2006's second quarter.
The revenue increase coupled with controlled operating and marketing expenses helped the company reduce its quarterly loss to just over $25,000 from just under $75,000 in the second quarter of 2006.
Radiant's share price range during the past week: between $0.75 and $0.76; 52-week high: $1.40; 52-week low: $0.60.
