MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (TSX:MDA) reported revenue of $1.2 billion in fiscal 2007, a 14% increase over 2006.
Net earnings for the Richmond-based space technology developer jumped to $95 million for 2007 compared with $84 million for the year ending Dec. 31, 2006.
MDA said the earnings amounted to $2.18 per diluted share for 2007 compared with $1.95 for 2006.
The company was most recently in the news after it was bought by Richards Grey Holdings Ltd., a U.K. property information firm, for an initial payment of $21.6 million.
