Vancouver IT consulting services provider T4G Limited has acquired the Canadian operations of Aculix Inc., a U.S.-based IT consulting firm.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The deal will expand T4G's market in Vancouver and diversify the sectors it services. T4G specializes in providing performance measurement systems for the retail, financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, travel and hospitality sectors.
The acquisition of Aculix Canada, based in Vancouver, will expand the company's expertise in data modelling, enterprise reporting and performance management.
