Vancouver potash firm raises $10 million in private placement

Potash One Inc. (TSX:KCL) has raised $10 million in a non-brokered private placement of flow-through shares. The Vancouver company issued eight million shares at $1.25 per share and paid a 5% finders fee in cash and 5% in warrants.
