Renaissance Vancouver Harbourside Hotel is launching a new menu at its p2b bistro and bar tonight, featuring items exclusive to New York’s acclaimed Blue Ribbon Restaurants.
The partnership brings together the chefs and founders of Blue Ribbon, Eric and Bruce Bromberg, with Renaissance’s own culinary team, to create the “Blue Ribbon Classics” menu. This menu is currently only available in seven other Renaissance hotels across the U.S.
This partnership between the Bromberg Brothers’ Blue Ribbon Restaurants and Renaissance marks the first time the chefs will introduce their cuisine to patrons in Vancouver and Canada.
The Vancouver “Blue Ribbon Classics” menu will include eight signature food items as well as two specialty cocktails.
“We strive to provide our customers with the best quality foods and refined but straightforward combinations of flavours in our Blue Ribbon restaurants, and we have brought that sensibility to the Blue Ribbon Classics for Renaissance,” said Eric Bromberg.
“By partnering with the Renaissance family, we are allowing Renaissance guests and foodies all over the North American region to discover and experience these Blue Ribbon tastes and ingredients.”
The brothers have nine restaurants in New York and one in Las Vegas.
