Yukon Zinc Corp. (TSX-V:YZC) announced that it has filed its final prospectus for an offering of up to $130 million of securities.
The net proceeds of the offering, together with a US$140 million debt facility from Barclays Capital, are to be used to fund the company's zinc and silver mine project in southeastern Yukon. Each class A receipt is priced at $1,000 and will entitle its holder to acquire $1,000 in convertible notes and 700 common shares of Yukon. The convertible notes will mature eight-and-a-half years after the offer's closing on November 29.
