Cambodian and partner airlines are adding routes and new flights to meet demand from Chinese tourists.

Last year Cambodia recorded an 18% increase in passenger arrivals at its three commercial airports at Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville.

The three airports handled 5.1 million passengers last year, up from 4.3 million in 2012.

The number of visitors from China, almost all arriving by air, was 417,261 in the first 11 months of last year, up 40.1% over the same period in 2012.
