B.C. is anticipating its new budget at approximately 3 p.m. today. when Finance Minister Kevin Falcon is slated to deliver his budget speech to the legislature.

According to media reports, Falcon is promising a fiscally disciplined budget that will pave the way toward a more balanced budget in the 2013-14 financial year.

Business in Vancouver will be issuing a special newsletter with highlights of B.C.’s new budget later this afternoon.
