In Vancouver, you can’t get a luxury condo with more waterfront than this.
The all-new $4-million SonShip 72 Skylounge is 72 feet of lavish cruising sparing no expense. The yacht boasts big screens, heated floors, remote tablet navigation and more — all with unbeatable ocean views. Crafted from the shipbuilders at West Bay SonShip in Delta, B.C., this is the first vessel the family-owned company has put in the water in more than six years.
The upscale SonShip 72 Skylounge has not one, but three bedrooms, including a master that features a king-sized bed, 55-inch pop-up flat-screen TV and cedar-lined closet. This stateroom also has its own spacious en suite bathroom featuring elegantly designed dual sinks below a modern backsplash, heated floors and a frameless glass-door shower.
A six-person sleeper wouldn’t be complete without in-suite laundry, and the creature comforts don’t stop there. A stroll through the galley reveals a Bosch induction cooktop, granite countertops, a wall oven, dishwasher, trash compactor, microwave, double sink, a large Sub-Zero refrigerator with freezer and a wine cooler for chilling those exotic vintage souvenirs.
Ideally suited for the frequent host or hostess, the locally made yacht has multiple areas for entertaining, including the aft cockpit, the open-plan living room and the trendy teak-planked back deck.
Navigation panels are discretely hidden throughout the ship and its command central in the Skylounge also comes with heated floors, a variety of seating and a wet bar.
And all navigation displays, TVs and ship cameras can be controlled from anywhere on the yacht via tablet.
