North Vancouver's Specialty Technical Publishers (STP) is partnering with AECOM, a worldwide technical and management support services company, in the provision of EHS audit protocols and guidance, STP announced this week.
AECOM manages the International Auditing Protocol Consortium (IAPC), which works to promote best practices in the field of environmental, health and safety (EHS) risk and compliance.
STP produces technical resource guides covering fields including environmental, transportation, health and safety, law and accounting.
"Our partnership with AECOM brings expertise in EHS consulting and content integrated with STP's proprietary, field-tested tools to streamline the auditing process and mitigate risk," said STP acting president Steve Britten.
AECOM vice-president and global EHS director John Nagy said, "By associating the power of STP's advanced functionality with AECOM's global EHS expertise, we offer a cost-effective solution for companies seeking more efficient EHS management tools that can be deployed worldwide."
STP is a division of Glacier Media Inc., the parent company of Business in Vancouver Media Group.
