Chef Thierry Busset of Thierry Café has created a line-up of special cakes for Mother’s Day, including a raspberry-vanilla almond cake that features caramel and almond-dipped choux pastry, vanilla bean pastry cream, vanilla bean whipped cream, and fresh raspberries. On Sunday, May 14, Boulevard Kitchen and Oyster Bar is offering a special three-course Mother’s Day brunch, as well as a special dinner menu. Brunch options include clam chowder with smoked black cod, green and white asparagus salad with crispy duck egg, two different eggs benny, roasted ling cod, and roast striploin with Yorkshire pudding, mashed potatoes, roasted mushrooms and bone marrow jus.
