Fatburger is set to share space with Ricky's Urban Café at the upscale Waterfront Centre from next month.
Since Frank Di Benedetto owns both franchises, he has decided to blend their menus, offering Ricky's popular all-day breakfast menu until 11 a.m., in addition to Fatburger fare.
"We are happy to provide the best of both worlds for our customers who want to enjoy a Ricky's breakfast and their favorite Fatburger, too, from the same convenient location," said Di Benedetto.
When the new Waterfront Centre Fatburger opens in the first week of May, it will be the 26th location in B.C.
As reported in a Business in Vancouver profile on Di Benedetto, the B.C. entrepreneur already owned a successful franchise – Ricky's – when he decided in 2005 to launch the popular American Fatburger franchise in Canada.
