QuickMobile has found its new CEO and he just happens to have been sitting in the company boardroom since the fall.
The Vancouver-based mobile event app developer has appointed Craig Brennan as the new chief executive.
Brennan was previously named chairman of the board in October 2014 and served as CEO of social media analytics company Overtone and business intelligence firm Brio Software.
Ex-CEO Patrick Payne remains with the company he founded in 2008 as a board member.
“I look forward to working with Craig as he leads QuickMobile into the next phase of the company’s growth and leadership,” Payne said in a statement.
In November, the company was ranked as the fifth fastest-growing tech company in Canada by Deloitte with 12,332% revenue growth over the past five years.
