A trade organization that promotes home ownership among the Asian community in North America will hold a conference in Vancouver next week.
The Asian Real Estate Association of America will host the North American Business and Real Estate Investment Summit on July 16-17.
The conference will feature reality TV hosts Sarah Daniels and Phil DuMoulin from Urban/Suburban and Kelly Deck from Take It Outside. Executives from Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Better Homes & Gardens, Re/Max, Royal LePage, MacDonald Realty and Sotheby's will also attend.
The organization says that many first-generation immigrants from Asia face language, cultural and knowledge barriers to home ownership.
