Developers of the future Trump International Hotel and Tower on Georgia Street are enticing buyers by dangling innovative perks such as trips in private jets and access to chauffeured Rolls-Royce vehicles.

Holborn Group CEO Joo Kim Tiah announced the enticements this morning (September 23) at a news conference at the London Air Services hangar at the Vancouver International Airport.

"We are excited to partner with London Air Services and Rolls-Royce as they share our vision to provide those living in this world-class city with the highest level of service," Tiah said.

Condominium buyers at the $360 million tower will receive a number of flight hours on a London Air Services-owned Bombardier Learjet 75 private jet based on the purchase price of their units.

Hotel guests and residential suite owners will also share a chauffer driven Rolls-Royce Ghost car to get to events around town or to the airport.

Construction has started on what is slated to be a 63-storey, 616-foot-tall twisting tower that will include a 147-room hotel.

The building's 218 residential units are expected to go on sale in October with the building set to complete by the summer of 2016.
