The third annual mSummit – an event that brings together mothers in business – is being held in Vancouver November 16.

The summit is designed to provide mothers who are entrepreneurs, or "mompreneurs", with tools and support to build their businesses and give them an opportunity to network.

"Our vision is simple; we want to connect working mothers with opportunities to learn from other inspiring working mothers and hopefully encourage their own reinvention and growth," said mSummit founder Meghan Simington.

"Most importantly, mSummit was created to provide women with the tools they need to be successful themselves."

Arlene Dickinson from the CBC reality series Dragons' Den is this year's keynote speaker. Other speakers include Corin Mullins, founder of Holy Crap Cereal, and Jill Earthy, regional director for B.C. and Yukon, Canadian Youth Business Foundation.
