Vancouver’s Coastal Contacts shortlisted for Canada Post e-commerce innovation award

Canada Post has announced the finalists for its 2013 E-Commerce Innovation Awards and Vancouver’s Coastal Contacts, which operates clearlycontacts.ca, is in the running for best large multi-channel retailer.

Winners will receive shipping contracts from Canada Post worth up to $100,000.

Other finalists include Montreal’s Frank & Oak, Toronto’s Well.ca and Ottawa’s BookMob, among others.

Winners will be chosen on September 25 at an event in Toronto.

Judging the finalists is a panel that includes: Rafe Petkovic, head of industry and retail at Google Canada; Josh Bloom, director of Sales at Facebook Canada;-and Siobhan Vinish, vice-president of marketing and audience development at Postmedia Networks.
