BCTIA adds clean-tech expert to entrepreneur coaching team

The BC Technology Industry Association (BCTIA) is adding to its entrepreneur coaching program, designed to help small technology companies expand their business.

The BCTIA is has recruited Eamonn Percy to its Centre4Growth CEO-in-residence program.

"Eamonn brings global expertise in the fast-growing clean-tech and energy markets," said BCTIA CEO Bill Tam, "and I'm delighted that he will be sharing his executive knowledge with B.C.'s future industry leaders."

Percy has expertise in clean energy, especially in the automotive field. He has worked with Powertech Labs, Ballard Power Systems, Pirelli Cable & Systems, and Ford Electronics.

Percy joins six other CEOs in residence at the Centre4Growth, a technology accelerator that provides entrepreneurs with expertise and resources to help them increase revenue, expand into new markets, negotiate deals and speed up their commercialization prospects.

More than 220 tech entrepreneurs have gone through Centre4Growth CEO in residence program since 2010.
