What is the best book you would recommend?
Built to Last, Jim Collins and Jerry Porras.

I’m getting the itch to build buildings again. I plan to do more of that into my 40s.

What is your best habit?
Most days I’m up at 4:00 a.m. It feels good to accomplish a few things while the world is asleep.
Tell us one improbable fact about yourself.
I journal. My construction journey is documented in dozens of notebooks since my first day as assistant PM at Northland Properties.
Best piece of advice ever received?

What career highlight are you most proud of?
SiteMax. We have a great team, product and customer base so I am thrilled to continue my career in construction this way.
