Vancouver's HootSuite is opening its doors to job seekers looking to work for the rapidly growing social media management company.
The company has more than 100 positions to fill across every department and is hoping to find eligible candidates at the #HootHire event October 8.
This is the second #HootHire event the company is hosting. The first one, this past March, brought in 600 candidates.
Some of the positions the company is looking to fill include:
- software engineers;
- sales representatives;
- marketing managers;
- a travel coordinator; and
- customer service representatives.

The organization has 370 employees, which is 50 more than just a few months ago. In August, HootSuite announced that it had raised $165 million in series B financing – the largest deal for a software company in venture capital history in Canada.
