A Vancouver startup that provides a cloud-based product registration service for medical device makers has been accepted into an accelerator program in Boston.
The Arazy Group’s new business Licensale.com is one of eight Canadian startups that have been accepted into the Canadian Technology Accelerator program, which works with the Cambridge Innovation Center in Boston.
Startups participating the program, sponsored by the Canadian government, are connected with investors, innovators and researchers in Boston.
“Our selection for this program marks an important milestone for Licensale.com,” said Arazy Group CEO Benjamin Arazy.
Ed Fast, federal minister of International Trade, said, “The Canadian Technology Accelerator program has already proven to be an effective way forward for ambitious, innovative Canadian startups to tap into new, dynamic markets in the United States.”
The Arazy Group has 17 years of experience in medical device compliance and licensing. Licensale.com makes that expertise available online, providing medical device makers with a way of getting their products registered globally.
