RosterBot, a Vancouver-based technology startup that offers an online portal for athletes and coaches to manage their teams’ rosters, has been named one of the 50 most innovative companies competing in the Startup Open.
The Startup Open is a global event recognizing startups “with high growth potential.” Companies based in 24 countries on six continents are competing.The 50 companies named to the innovation list will now compete for the contest’s grand prize – a trip to Moscow to participate in the Global Entrepreneurship Congress in March 2014.
The Global Entrepreneurship Congress is a four-day event that brings together investors, startups and entrepreneurs to discuss issues ranging from entrepreneur-friendly policy to building entrepreneurial communities.
The winner of the Startup Open will be announced on November 18.
