Minerva Foundation co-founder Nancy McKinstry explains how an increased presence of women in the corporate world can make companies more competitive.
McKinstry, who is also a board member at HSBC Canada, was recognized earlier this month with a lifetime achievement award at Business In Vancouver's Influential Women In Business gala.
