Upon completion, CURV, by Montreal-based developer Brivia Group, will be the world's tallest Passive House, and Vancouver's tallest residential tower at 60 storeys, capturing a nature-inspired, sleek yet sophisticated design that prioritizes both luxury with purpose and sustainability.

The prestigious development is a modern architectural triumph of the highest green criteria by architect Tom Wright of London's WWK Architects. With advanced technologies for energy efficiency, carbon emissions, and air quality, the project increases the level of personal and planetary well-being—for the benefit of residents today and generations tomorrow, epitomizing the future of living.

Acting as a tribute to the city and advancing its aspiration to be the greenest in the world without compromising luxury, CURV will mark a new era of design and engineering in line with nature—raising the standard by which all future high-rise residences can be judged.

The exclusive tower is the essence of refined comfort and impeccably thought-out amenities, coined 'The Haven,' residing on two floors, the largest residential amenity space in Western Canada.

Designer Andrés Escobar, along with New York's Lemay_id, describes it as "a refuge from this busy city," an opportunity, every day, to rejuvenate and refresh your mind, body and soul. It's an experience among incomparable views that stretch out over the entire city, to the North Shore Mountains, the Salish Sea, Olympic Peninsula, and beyond.

Upscale amenities

CURV

Residents can experience fitness, relaxation, dining, and entertainment in 7,401 square feet of indoor common space on the 60th floor. Additionally, an exquisite leading-edge one-level penthouse will occupy approximately 7,500 square feet.

The 11,606 square-foot rooftop can be easily accessed by the opulent curved glass and brass staircase or via the high-speed elevator.

The one-of-a-kind rooftop features a luxury dining area and a barbecue and pizza oven for resident's private use, and the open-air SkyBar is truly impressive, with windows to shield the wind for comfort and breathtaking 360-degree views.

Complemented by greenery, the SkySpa is an inspiring infinity plunge pool with soothing waters that burble and flow and envelop your entire body. While you luxuriate and unwind, the stunning views amplify your tranquil escape.

The upscale amenities continue below on the 60th floor with an expansive lounge, complete with a bar, entertainment centre, wool-and-silk inset carpeting, and sleek fireplace. The elegant and richly appointed private dining room is supported by a fully professional-level kitchen.

One of the most attractive features of this private room is that residents can rent it and host their guests while having access to a wine cellar with beautiful surrounding views while safeguarding privacy.

The gym, with state-of-the-art cardio equipment, makes the best use of the North Shore Mountain views, and the yoga room, powered by Lululemon Studio, includes interactive mirrors with virtual fitness programs.

A games lounge (billiards, air hockey) is adjacent to an electronic games room, with custom lighting and screens and luxurious lounge seating. A golf simulator is just one of the functions of the multi-sport games room set-up.

While beautiful, the space is also ecological, with all amenities operating with energy efficiency.

CURV's occupancy is projected for 2029 at 1083 Nelson Street in the desirable Nelson Heights neighbourhood in Vancouver's West End.
